My Career Path – career guidance program for high school

The My Career Path program from Edu Compass is designed to support 11th-grade students in discovering their talents, passions, and potential career directions. Through four interactive meetings, students build a personalized career profile, guided by real-world insights, hands-on activities, and expert advice.

In this opening session, students explore the concept of a successful career through the My Career Path career guidance game. They work in teams to envision a startup, each student taking a unique role and “investing” their skills or talents. This exercise introduces them to the main components of a career profile, helping them understand the building blocks of professional success.
