About the project
"Dream School" is a transformative student program aimed at creating an inspiring school environment and developing key skills in children through practical actions. The project includes work on goal setting, community contribution, developing teamwork, creativity, and students taking responsibility.
The initiative was implemented with the participation of students from the 140th Secondary School, with a duration of 3 weeks, ending with a two-day practical workshop in which 15 students transformed their classroom and defined their vision for a "dream school."

- To engage students in improving their own learning environment
- To encourage teamwork, shared responsibility, and contribution to the school community
- To create a positive, beautiful, and inspiring classroom created by the students themselves

- Conducting a training session focusing on dreams, goals, and visualization
- Workshop for creating the "Path to Dreams"
- Identifying needs and ideas for classroom improvement
- Teamwork, distribution of responsibilities, and completion of specific tasks
- Creating a student manifesto for "the school I want to study in"
Results
Created positive learning environment – visually renewed, creative, and with a student footprint
Increased motivation and satisfaction among participants
Developed skills for teamwork, organization, communication and taking initiative
Created a model that can be applied in other schools
Set a positive example for student leadership and responsibility
