About the training

Student engagement is one of the biggest challenges teachers face today, in a world of artificial intelligence, scattered attention and reduced motivation to learn.

The training teaches a coaching approach and the Love and Logic model, so that you can lead a dialogue instead of a monologue and manage classroom behaviour without escalation.

Every participant receives a workbook with exercises and templates, as well as a personal plan for applying what they have learned in their own classroom. The training carries 1 credit.

  • Teachers of grades 7 to 12 who want to support their students in personal and career development and prepare them for the future with easy-to-use materials and exciting new knowledge.
  • School psychologists and pedagogical counselors who work with youth from grades 7 to 12 and need modern, practical resources and insights for career guidance and personal development.
  • Career consultants who want to stay up to date with the latest innovations in career guidance.

Each topic is covered through a short theoretical introduction, followed by activities for developing and applying the topic with students. At the end of the training there is time for questions and answers.

After the training, every participant has access to an online platform that is continuously updated with:

  • Educational videos
  • Videos about professions and career paths
  • Worksheets for the student
  • Step-by-step descriptions of career guidance activities
